Gracia Orlova - Stage 1, Czech Rupublic

Photo 1 is HighRoad Van. While riders, managers and staff might see these transport vehicle photos as boring, they are a important symbol as far as the press and fans goes. HighRoad Colombia Van is a symbol of status for those who climb the ranks to the very top of the sport.

Photo 2-3 is a bit of city there in Detmarovice and Štramberk.

Photo 4 is another team van, and that is sharp! That's pretty decent transport!

Photo 5, How cool is that? Nice photo of a rider on the door that portrays women pro cyclists as sophicated, like high class college or University teacher. School teacher look! Pretty cool!

Photo 6 looks to be a Russian rider.

Photo 7 is Veronica Andersson.

Photo 8, HighRoad Colombia men and women's team chats, Louise Keller!

Photo 9, 10 and 11, on the climb, steep brick city roads!

Photo 12 is Ina Teutenberg and Linda Villumsen.

Photo 13 is Jennifer Hohl.

Photo 14-17 are team photos, mostly pre-race. Rider is getting an arm stretch in 15, and 17 is Luisa Tamanini getting a foot rub, and Lorena Foresi.

Photo 18 is Czech Team vehicle.

Photo 19 is Gabriela Slamova from Czech Team.

Photo 20 is Lada Kozlikova with Nadejne Ceske of the Czech Team.

Photo 21 is Bretislav Usnul with the Czech Team. See the photo on the side of that Van? Yeah, that's pretty provocative. You won't see anything like that in America. Europe has the extra edge on highlighting women's cycling like that. They push the edge a little bit to make the sport more appealing to the public. I have to admit, if you see the rest of the Van, the full set of images on the side of that Van, taken in full context, is actually pretty cool. They are prudent, more then you think.

Photo 22-24 is Gabriela Slamova from Czech Team.
