The lady in the center is Nicola Crammer, manager and founder of the women's Proman cycling team. She's one of the few people I met this year who welcomed me into their camp, and not only allowed me access to the riders, but she has been really helpful and considerate about helping me to learn who all the Proman are, even in years past. I think she is one of kind, singlehandedly creating a women's cycling team from sratch, something I admire greatly.
