Warrior of the day, Rushlee Bucanan of Tibco takes a well deserved 3rd place, and still looks game after 60 miles of hellish headwinds. I suppose if they could make a video called a Sunday in Hell, then they could make one about this race called A Saturday in Hell! Rushless was often at the front, driving the pace in hellish head winds. If anyone added spice to the race, it was Rushlee, she made the race in my book, and put us all on notice about what a top pro women should look like. She looked as good as any I've seen, and that's a lot. Good job Rushlee, I know Linda will be pleased with that. If there was any consolation for the weather, mother nature held off on the heavy rain until the finish of the women's race. It started raining cats and dogs after the women finished, and I for one, headed for home.
